Emergency / Reactive Work Orders Fully integrated into facility maintenance system, safety training program and database ∞ Emergency or reactive work orders can be generated and entered directly into the system at any location and immediately appear on the Program Administrator's and Maintenance Director's screens for assignment ∞ History of specific systems and equipment involved in the emergency are stored in the program including warranties, service contracts, most recent data of maintenance and service provider ∞ Special conditions within the affected area such as the presence of asbestos, hazardous materials or a confined space are linked in the program database for immediate access in case of an emergency response. Appropriate procedures for addressing these conditions can be attached to the work order ∞ Workers training records are stored in the database so that personnel with all required skills and safety training can be selected quickly ∞ Records of completion for the work orders will be automatically stored in the database for future reference on facility, equipment and personnel
